Selling multimedia disks without the proper consent is against both the Intellectual Property Act as well as the Censor Board, he added.

The board is hoping to curb the sale of illegal and adult material found in the market by bringing these steps in to action.  After the license is legalized it will be mandatory to have the authorization and the stamp of the censor board on all disks being sold.
